What is automated handling?
Thimon designs automated handling systems to transport the pallet, to lift it and to move it in all directions, whithout ever damaging its contents. Conveyors, shuttles, dispensers: our solutions can be integrated into your production line to provide automated handling of your pallets. They are also compatible with automated warehouses.
Our handling systems enable you to organise, track and secure pallet flows while reducing the need for reloading. They are suitable for logistics warehouse automation.

Our global solutions for pallet packaging logistics (automatic transfer, conveyor or automatic pallet destacker, for example) enable you to have just one person in charge of the entire end of line, from the moment pallets come off the palletiser to when they are reloaded by logistics.
Our automated pallet handling systems integrate many additional functions such as labelling for traceability, gauge control or hooping of your loads.
To meet your safety and space optimisation challenges, we have also developed wireless automated handling systems. Shuttles operated by an inductive power system make it possible to cross flows by eliminating wiring that could interfere with your line.
